Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless legally required. We are not responsible for transaction fees incurred by third-party payment processors.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

Batchwise is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including data loss or loss of revenue.
